Chopsticks & Kilts: Union County’s Spring-Fling Weekend

Clear your calendar for the most culture-soaked 48 hours of the season. It kicks off at noon on Sat May 3 when Stuyvesant Avenue turns into a pan-Asian street market for the AAPI Food & Music Festival - think Samurai performance, Polynesian performance, and dragon and lion dances.

A few miles away, listen to the bagpipes as Union County Celtic Festival descends on Clark with Highland games, step dancing, food trucks and a beer garden big enough for every clan.

Then on Sun May 4 downtown Westfield shuts down Central Avenue for the Spring Fling Street Fair - 300 vendors, carnival rides, and free parking so you can cart home all the crafts and funnel cake you can carry.
